Hi, I’m Jack.

Since 2008 I’ve helped people build small health and fitness habits that deliver big results.

If you need some help achieving your goals, I would love to be your coach.

My Goal

Personal training that looks after your health and fitness 24/7 – not just during your workout.

My Approach

To combine old school coaching and modern technology.

old school COACHing

Utilising scientific research to create your bespoke plan and implementing it with empathy.

modern technology

As technology makes the world a smaller place, I am able to provide accessibility and continuity to your health and fitness journey. Mobile technology enables insights into detailed biometrics, a direct line to chat, and a framework to implement your 360° tailored personal training and nutrition regimen with maximum impact.

My Experience

  • Certified personal trainer to the highest level (Level 4)

Other Projects and Interests

Things that interest me, but that don’t always come into my day job…

Travel

Whenever possible, I try to combine my love of travel with my love of exercise: bike rides across countries, yoga in the jungle, applying to courses and seminars in countries I’m keen to visit. Up next is kayaking the Napali coast!

Surfing

Living in London doesn’t provide many opportunities to practise but whenever possible I take surf lessons with the hope to one day call myself a surfer.

Wine

From living in Spain, I developed a taste for wine. Technically, I hold a WSET badge, but I don’t remember much of what I learnt about wine apart from how to drink it…

Tennis

The sport that helped me get back to full fitness after illness as a kid. I still love to play, and when I’m not in a gym you’ll often find me on the court.

Philosophy

I studied political philosophy at university. I probably should have applied for sports science, but I fell in love with philosophy at A Level, and have always been interested in human behaviour and how we perceive the world.

Music

I’ve played the guitar longer than I’ve exercised. I love the blues, and it tends to be the music I work out to.
