Pineapple Coconut Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

6 oz. (170g) pineapple chunks

4 oz.(120ml) coconut milk

1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

1 tsp. ground turmeric

Pinch black pepper

1 scoop (30g) protein powder of choice

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
