    Contact me to book in a time to chat about you and your goals. I see too many people start trying to achieve a health and fitness goal not knowing what their journey will entail. This can undermine hard work.

    I provide consultation to ensure you have clarity on what your goals entail and all the options available to achieve them — even if this means I’m not the best person to help.

    If you’d like to work with me towards you health and fitness goals, I customise an approach around you, your environment and your needs. Pick your ideal exercise environment — in a gym, outdoors, at home — and I will create a programme to fit.

  • All you need is a laptop/smartphone with access to the Internet and space. You will need to stay about 7 feet (2 meters) away from your device.

    Our sessions do not require any additional equipment initially. We can discuss any future equipment needs for your personal goals.

  • Yes, that’s what 1-1 sessions are all about. I’ll show you what to do, and coach perfect movement practises make sure everything is correct.

  • You will be surprised how well it works! Give it a try by booking a free consultation and movement session and assess it for yourself.

  • You can work out from either your smartphone or laptop. I would recommend you to join sessions using your laptop or a tablet because the larger screen.

  • Online 1-1 personal training is ideal for people with no training experience. During our sessions, I’ll explain how to do an exercise correctly and will follow your every move in real time.

  • Yes, you can. However, to do that you will need wireless headphones, a smartphone with a good camera. From my experience, most gyms are okay with it, however, check with your gym for their policy.

  • We want to be able to see your full body during your session. Typically, you’d want to be about 7 feet (2 meters) away from your device.

    Don’t worry if the space is slightly smaller or bigger. We will be able to make it work!
